Customs reauthorization bill goes into effect

The Trade Facilitation and Trade Enforcement Act of 2015 streamlines Customs and Border Protection procedures, reduces certain cross-border shipping costs, and strengthens enforcement of intellectual property rights, antidumping and countervailing duties.
