Deutsche Post reports double-digit Q1 profit growth

Deutsche Post AG’s EBIT in first quarter 2016 jumped 21 percent to 873 million euros (U.S. $994 million) compared with the same 2015 period, thanks to booming parcel deliveries and reorganizations in its freight-forwarding and supply-chain units.
