Judge questions ‘novel prosecution’ in FedEx drug shipping case

In order for prosecutors to prove that FedEx Corp. violated the law by delivering illegal prescriptions from Internet drug stores, they must prove the parcel carrier knew of the illegal drugs and intended them to be distributed illegally.
