Washington state adopts new crude-by-rail rule

The new regulation, Chapter 173-185 WAC, Oil Movement by Rail and Pipeline Notification, establishes reporting standards for facilities receiving crude oil transported by rail and pipeline, according to the Washington Department of Ecology.
