Port of Vancouver, Wash. seeks permanent CEO

Starting Oct. 1, the Pacific Northwest port will be accepting applications for a new, permanent chief executive officer and executive director to replace the outgoing Todd Coleman, who stepped down in May, according to a statement from the port authority.
