Declining EU industrial production offset by rising energy market

Member states in the euro area experienced a 0.6 percent decrease in industrial production from May 2017 to June 2017 but a 2.9 percent increase in June 2017 compared to June 2016, according to the European Union's statistical office Eurostat.
