PierPass mulls extended gate options at LA/LB port complex

PierPass, which is operated by container terminal operators at the ports of Los Angeles and Long Beach, has retained consulting firm The Tioga Group to explore ways of providing further traffic mitigation benefits at the Southern California port complex.
