Maersk finalizes Hamburg Süd deal

The Danish ocean shipping giant officially closed its acquisition of north-south specialist carrier Hamburg Süd on Wednesday, with Dr. Arnt Vespermann superseding Dr. Ottmar Gast as the new chief executive officer Hamburg Süd.
