EU green lights COSCO’s takeover of OOIL

COSCO Shipping Holdings’ acquisition of the parent of Hong Kong-based liner carrier Orient Overseas Container Line (OOCL) gained approval from the European Commission, the anti-trust watchdog of the European Union.
