NAFTA negotiations to continue this week despite government shutdown

The Office of the U.S. Trade Representative (USTR) will participate in NAFTA negotiations this week in Montreal as planned, even if a shutdown of the federal government continues, said Mick Mulvaney, director of the Office of Management and Budget.
