Blakely named APHIS International Services deputy administrator

With the recent retirement of Beverly Simmons, the U.S. Department of Agriculture appointed Cheryle Blakely to serve as deputy administrator of the Animal and Plant Health Inspection Service’s (APHIS) International Services.
