OOCL announced Friday that it is upgrading its Atlantic Mediterranean Express Service (ATM1) with the deployment of a larger fleet of vessels with 8,500-TEU capacity.
The upgraded service is scheduled to begin in December, subject to regulatory approval, OOCL said.
OOCL said the newly designed port rotation will be La Spezia – Genoa – Fos – Barcelona – Valencia – New York – Norfolk – Savannah – Miami – Algeciras – La Spezia.
