EU cancels plans to discuss boosting sugar supply

The European Union, which was once the second-largest sugar exporter, is seeing its sugar stockpile plummet, with inventories expected to fall to 716,000 tons by the end of September, the lowest since a sugar reform was implemented in 2006.
