Frasers Logistics & Industrial seeks $654m from IPO

The trust, backed by industrial real estate developer Frasers Centrepoint Ltd., plans to offer units at 85 to 89 Singapore cents each (U.S. $0.63-$0.66), according to a prospectus filed Friday with the Singapore bourse.
