Amazon slashes shipping fees for certain marketplace sellers

The e-commerce giant is reducing the fees it charges merchants to sell USB cables, smartphone screen protectors and other small items in an effort to better compete with other marketplaces that connect Chinese sellers with U.S. shoppers.
