Former Rep. Maffei sworn in as FMC Commissioner

Former Congressman Daniel B. Maffei was sworn-in on Monday, July 18 as a commissioner of the Federal Maritime Commission, taking the seat of Commissioner Richard A. Lidinsky Jr. who retired last Friday.
