Legislators seek to add footwear to GSP

Congressmen Adrian Smith, R-Neb., and Earl Blumeneauer, D-Ore., introduced a bill (H.R. 2735) on Thursday to add footwear to the U.S. Generalized System of Preferences (GSP) program.
