Port of San Francisco shipyard at Pier 70 up for lease

Previously occupied by BAE Ship Repair and then Puglia Engineering, the shipyard at Pier 70 in San Francisco is undergoing investments and improvements including dredging and is now up for lease, according to the city and county.
