STB postpones listening session on CSX service issues

The U.S. Surface Transportation Board has postponed a public hearing on service issues stemming from the Jacksonville, Fla.-based Class I railroad's transition to new CEO E. Hunter Harrison's "precision railroading" philosophy due to Hurricane Irma.
