European Commission approves PSA, IFM acquisition of Mersin International Port

PSA Turkey and IFM Investors of Australia have been approved under EU merger Regulation to acquire the operator and manager of Mersin International Port in Turkey, according to a statement from the European anti-trust watchdog.
