ACP to allow swapping, substitution of booking slots between alliance boxships

Effective Dec. 1, 2017, the Panama Canal Authority (ACP) will allow the swapping and substitution of booking slots between container vessels of ocean carrier alliance members on a temporary basis, under certain conditions and for a fee.
