House reps unveil federal port driver protection legislation

The Clean Ports Act and Port Drivers’ Bill of Rights were introduced in the U.S. House of Representatives by Reps. Grace Napolitano, D-Calif., and Jerrold Nadler, D-N.Y., respectively.
