NJ legislators to vote on Waterfront Commission exit

Proponents of legislation to leave the Waterfront Commission of New York Harbor say they hope to have a bill on the desk of outgoing New Jersey Gov. Chris Christie for him to sign before he leaves office on Jan. 16.
