APHIS adds phytosanitary requirements for certain fresh citrus imports from Colombia

The U.S. Department of Agriculture's Animal and Plant Health Inspection Service is adding phytosanitary requirements for certain fresh citrus imports from Colombia, which should allow importation of such fruits to resume.
