Upcoming elections a cue to negotiate NAFTA quickly, Lighthizer says

While U.S. Trade Representative Robert Lighthizer said Monday the United States, Canada and Mexico must quickly negotiate a revised NAFTA, he also received heat from the Canadian Foreign Affairs Minister for Trump-proposed steel and aluminum tariffs.
