Foreign-Trade Zones Board gets expansion plans

   The Foreign-Trade Zones Board is reviewing applications for expansions of subzones.
   The Foreign-Trade Zone of Southeast Texas Inc., grantee of FTZ 116, requests expansion of Subzone 116Z on behalf of Motiva Enterprises LLC. The proposed site consists of 137 acres in Port Arthur, Texas, and would include several pipelines.
   The Bridgeport Port Authority, grantee of FTZ 76, requests expansion of Subzone 76A on behalf of ASML US LLC, located in Wilton and Newton, Conn. The proposed sites consist of 11.78 acres in Wilton and 2.68 acres in Bethel, Conn.
   The FTZ Board has authorized AGRU America Charleston LLC’s proposed production activity within FTZ 21 in North Charleston, S.C. The production activity involves high-density polyethylene pipe.
   AGRU has submitted an additional notification of proposed production activity for polyethylene fittings and floaters within FTZ 21. The request would add two finished products and two foreign status materials/components to the scope of authority.
