Albany County, NY Extends Stay on Enforcement of Children’s Product Chemical Ban

Albany County, NY has extended its stay on enforcement of Albany County Local Law No.1 until February 1, 2016. The law, if enforced, would ban the sale of children’s products, including fashion accessories, in Albany County containing any amount of benzene, lead, mercury, antimony, arsenic, cadmium, and cobalt.
