N.C. lawmaker introduces bill to improve national infrastructure

Rep. Mark Meadows, R-N.C., last Thursday introduced the Revamping American Infrastructure Act of 2017, legislation that would to remove outdated regulatory obstacles and encourage the use of technology, according to the congressman.
