Abu Dhabi Ports has appointed Samir Chaturvedi as CEO of Khalifa Industrial Zone Abu Dhabi (KIZAD).
Chaturvedi will oversee the growth and transformation of KIZAD to further enable global trade and the flow of foreign direct investments to the industrial zone that encompasses more than 410 square kilometers. He brings more than 35 years of experience executing business strategies for economic zone entities and industries including logistics, automotive, supply chain management, real estate and infrastructure development.
United Fresh Chairwoman Cindy Jewel of California Giant Berry Farms has appointed Sarah Grady to fill an open seat on the United Fresh Board of Directors.
Grady is the U.S. strategic supply chain manager at McDonald’s Corporation for the produce, fruit, potato and beverage categories.
Grady is a current member of the Retail-Foodservice Board at United Fresh and will take on the vice chairmanship of that board.
