Geodis finalizes OHL acquisition

The French logistics provider has received the necessary regulatory approvals and officially completed its purchase of Nashville, Ten.-based Ozburn-Hessey Logistics for an undisclosed sum, giving the company a stake in U.S. 3PL market.
